Dr. Neil Buddel is the dean of students at Centennial College and also  holds a teaching stream faculty appointment with the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education/University of Toronto, where he teaches in the student development and services MEd program.  He has more than 15 years of experience in the postsecondary education system and has held multiple roles in many institutions, including the universities of Alberta, Guelph, Toronto and McMaster.  A first-generation university student, he holds a PhD from the University of Alberta.
