Patrick Gaudreau is an associate professor in social psychology and the University of Ottawa. His research program, funded by SSHRC, investigates how personality, motivation and behaviours of university students influence their academic success and adjustment. He also relies on empirically proven principles to design and evaluate tools to promote success and retention of students.
