Brian O’Leary is superintendent of the Seven Oaks School Division in Winnipeg’s north end. Guided by principles of equity and inclusion, Seven Oaks School Division has become a recognized leader in Indigenous education, in its approaches to dealing with poverty and in employing engaging approaches to arts education and high school.
