Lauren Hudak is a senior researcher and manager of strategic projects at HEQCO, where her primary research interests are equity of access and strategies to help students transition to and through postsecondary. She is responsible for managing the Essential Adult Skills Initiative, as well as other large-scale partnership projects. She received her BA in political science and psychology from McGill University and her MA in political science from the University of Toronto.​
